Our detached garage features 2 parking spaces and a locking door.  The driveway  must remain clear at all times to allow our garage tenants to get their cars in and out anytime.

Laundry is included in rent for all house tenants.  Each unit is alotted 2 laundry days per week (tenants coordinate) and Friday is a "free for all".  Tenants label and use their own non-toxic detergent and dryer sheets and clean the lint trap after every use.

Tenants coordinate to ensure that trash and recycling bins are placed at the curb on Monday nights and returned on Tuesdays after collection.  A compost mixer is available outside for plant-based food scraps.

There are two garden boxes on the property that are available to tenants (by request) for organic gardening.  Garden spaces are labeled and tenants only harvest their own produce.

Tenants may coordinate to use the backyard for small gatherings.  Tenants must respect neighbors and follow all laws and local ordinances.  The aerial rig is reserved for supervised circus training. Tenants interested in learning are welcome to book a lesson with Justine.

If something isn't working, we'll either take care of the issue ourselves or coordinate with one of our preferred partners (plumber, electrician, and general contractor).  Please report maintence issues promptly and allow the Property Manager to diagnose concerns.

Free street parking is available for all homestead tenants.  The driveway must remain clear at all times.  Tenants comply with all local parking laws and ordinances.

The homestead is located in a safe, small town neighborhood.  It's still a good idea to lock cars at night and not leave valuables inside.  The Collingswood Police Department is 2 blocks away and officer response time is approximately 5 minutes.
