Justine's Story

Justine Parks launched Ultimate Reality in 2021 as a simple side hustle that combined mindset coaching, hypnotherapy, neurofeedback, and healthy lifestyle games. It was a small experiment built around a big idea:

Personal growth should feel like an adventure.

Then, after leaving the corporate world in 2025, Justine noticed a concerning trend. Despite the emergence of amazing tools designed to help people save time, people seemed more burnt out than ever.

So, Ultimate Reality evolved and URXR emerged.

Today, Ultimate Reality is the philosophical engine behind URXR, an extended reality training company co-Founded in 2026 with Jonathan Potter.

At the center of all work is the question:

How can technology make us more human?

This question has inspired a vision for the solarpunk future of work: a future where the body is regarded as intelligent, work is treated like play, and technology helps us return to reality.

At URXR we design games that help people live and learn a practical philosophy: Human+. We hope to inspire you to adopt Human+ behaviors IRL. If nothing else, we hope to inspire you to touch grass.
