History

Founded in 2021, Ultimate Reality evolved from a small hypno-coaching side-hustle to a dynamic "Future of Work" practice with 5 AI "employees" (TEENI).  While maintaining the same playful, embodied, brain-to-action approach, UR has upgraded their resilience protocols, adaptive career strategies, and learning games to help people reboot their realities and future-proof their careers in the age of AI transformation.

 Ultimate Reality was founded by Justine Parks.  Justine is a Leadership Trainer, an AI Adoption Strategist, and a Human Performance Coach.  She earned her BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and her MSOD in Leadership and Organizational Development.  She has certifications in Brain-Based Coaching, Data Analytics, Hypnosis, and 6:6 Breathing.  Justine has been empowering humans for nearly two decades.
