On event horizon of the technological singulartiy, we are approaching a critical inflection point in the history of our species. We can either redesign the way we work so that emerging technologies are used ethically, sustainably, and in service of human thriving or... we can keep doing what we've always done and hope for the best.
THE UNITS
LUCID explores how humans can thrive in a rapidly changing world of work. Through research, learning experiences, games, and the Human+ Mindset, we help people build the adaptability, creativity, and collaborative skills needed to shape the future instead of simply reacting to it.
URXR is our experimental technology lab for exploring how emerging tools can support human thriving. We prototype, test, and study experiences involving XR, AI, WellTech, and other emerging systems, always asking how technology can make us more capable, connected, and human.
REAL Living Labs brings ideas out of the screen and into the physical world. Through immersive environments, theme camps, experience stations, retreats, and live experiments, we create spaces where people can practice new ways of connecting, collaborating, learning, and living.
