Originally founded in 2021 as a hypno-coaching side-hustle, Ultimate Reality has evolved into a dynamic "Future of Work" learning hub. Rebooted in 2025, UR maintains the same playful, embodied, brain-to-action approach, but has upgraded their resilience protocols, adaptive career strategies, and learning games to help people future-proof their careers.

Ultimate Reality was founded by Justine Parks. Justine is a Leadership Coach/Consultant and Learning Experience Designer. She earned her BS in Kinesiology from UT Austin and a MSOD in Leadership and Organizational Development from PCOM.  She is certified in Brain-Based Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Data Analytics.
